ALL PARENTS INTERESTED IN VOLUNTEERING WILL NEED TO GET CLEARANCE FROM TUSD
 
In an effort to maintain safety for our students and to comply with TUSD requirements for booster clubs or organizations associated with South High, all parents who wish to volunteer for any band events will need to be cleared for the 2023-2024 school year. Activities include but are not limited to Uniform Fitting Day, chaperoning games and competitions, and driving equipment vehicles. This applies to any person over 18 who would like to volunteer for even just 1 event.
 
New Volunteers
Applications are being processed online. Please go to this link: TUSD Volunteer Application Form
It is VERY important to designate "BAND VOLUNTEER" somewhere in your application so that the school can give the Boosters the correct list of cleared people.
 
Returning Volunteers
If you applied and were cleared last year, you should be receiving an email when it is time for you to renew.
 
COVID-19 Vaccination
The Boosters encourage all volunteers to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, in order to promote safety.

EXPENSE REIMBURSEMENT FORM
To be used to request reimbursement for “out of pocket” expenses. Original receipts must accompany this form. Submit to SHS Band Boosters Treasurer.

DONATION RECEIPT
Receipt must be signed by SHS Band Boosters Treasurer to be valid.
